Refund Policy

OnWine will refund any damaged wine. Kindly ensure that wine is checked when it is delivered, so we can take pictures of the damage and get your full order back to you as soon as possible. All our wines are stored in the correct manner.

If you feel any of the wines delivered to you have been spoilt in some way, kindly provide us with the full bottle. We will refund this and ensure that we test that batch of wine for all our customers.

No refunds will be made on purchases for exchange reasons or taste reasons. We make sure we convey they flavour profiles and details pertaining to each product. Please make sure you are confident in your purchase.

Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves on next-day delivery. When it is time to drink great wines and bubbles, there is no reason to delay it! Our friendly drivers will contact you to ensure you get what you have ordered. Purchases made on weekends will be delivered on Mondays.
